2022 Kayak & Small Boat Trips

Friday June 17th 5 PM Small Boat Kings Creek tie up and C Pier visit
- Come one, come all! Boaters tie up on the A dock, to the left as you walk to marina. BYOB party, bring chairs, visit C Pier for more libation and or food!
July 7th – Red, White and Blue Docktail / Kayak Poker Run
- A must event for our CCYC kayakers! And everyone else!! Kayaks will launch at Melissa Moore and Tom Bonadeo’s dock, then proceed to nearby member docks for a poker run! Non-Kayakers will gather at Tom and Kelly Rowe’s home on King’s Creek to watch the fun! Awards, libations, and food at Rowe’s home after the poker run! Watch for more details in invite.

Roadside Cleanup - April 23, 2022

Eleven CCYC’ers put in 25 work hours and collected 15 bags of trash and a nice big blue bin! (Thank you to whomever found the bin and put our cleanup equipment in it! We are keeping it for that purpose for future cleanups!). The volunteers who enjoyed being outdoors on this gorgeous day were Susan Carrigan, Rob Harris, Mark Henry, Lori & Ian McDonald, Teri & Scott Miller, Ellen Powell, Davies & Beth Storr, Ginger Strong, and Nicki & Paul Tiffany. We really appreciate your help, and look forward to doing it again in the summer.

The best "find' of the day was leaving our Mother Earth better than we found her and knowing that She appreciates it!
